Removal and installation of a forward rack

REMOVAL

1. Block back wheels, cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish it on axial props. Remove a wheel. 2. On models Scenic fixing bolts of a rack are located under box panels воздухопритока. To get access, remove both levers of a screen wiper (the Head the Onboard electric equipment) and partition consolidation. INSTALLATION

1. Deduce rack assemblage into position, trying not to damage a protective cover of a power shaft. Place a plate of the top fastening so that to combine its marked apertures under bolts with apertures of an adjoining component, then establish bolts and tighten their effort resulted in Specifications. Back apertures are used on cars with the steering hydraulic booster, and forward apertures - on models without it; turn an assembly plate as required (address to an accompanying illustration). 2. Insert bolts of fastening of a rotary fist into a rack (in front of the car). Establish washers and nuts and tighten their effort resulted in Specifications. 3. Establish on a rack an arm of a brake hose/electroconducting and reliably tighten a fastening bolt. 4. On models Scenic put not sealing covers of a turret of a rack a hermetic strip. Establish box panels воздухопритока, consolidation of a partition and screen wiper levers.
