The general description
The independent forward suspension bracket is supplied by racks MacPherson consisting of spring springs and collected with them in uniform knot of telescopic shock-absorbers. Racks MacPherson lean against the bottom levers of a suspension bracket supplied at internal edge with assembly rubber plugs, and at external - the spherical hinge. The forward rotary fists bearing bearings of wheels, supports of a brake and assemblage of naves/disks, fasten to racks MacPherson bolts and are connected with the bottom levers by means of spherical hinges. The forward stabilizer of cross-section stability, the uniter of a rack of a suspension bracket, fastens to a stretcher rubber plugs.
The device of a back suspension bracket differs according to capacity of model. As a rule, petrol models with small volume of the engine, including all models without турбокомпрессора, are equipped by a back axis of the closed type, and model with the big engine and models Scenic - a back axis of open type. The back axis of the closed type consists of two торсионов, prisoners in tubular to a traverse, connecting longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket. The stabilizer of cross-section stability is located behind a cross-beam and also attached to both longitudinal levers. The axis of open type consists of two торсионов, two stabilizers of cross-section stability and a metal cross-beam of L-shaped section which is connected with both longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket. Торсионы and stabilizers of cross-section stability are connected in the centre by a bar, and their external ends fasten to longitudinal levers.
The shaft of a steering column has two universal hinges - in the middle and at the basis. The bottom universal hinge fastens to a gear wheel of the steering mechanism by means of a coupling bolt.
The steering mechanism is established on a stretcher. It is connected with rotary levers of fists two cross-section steering draughts and spherical hinges. Tips of cross-section steering draught have a carving that it was possible to adjust a convergence.
The steering hydraulic booster is established on the majority of models. The amplifier hydrosystem includes the pump resulted by a belt from a pulley коленвала. |
