Check and replacement of bearings of a nave of a forward wheel

Двухрядный the roller bearing is filled by greasing both tightly corked, and does not require service. Do not remove the bearing without emergency as it will lead to its damage. Do not draw a power shaft nut in attempt to "adjust" the bearing.

For a knot partition the press is required; if it is inaccessible, use big верстачные a vice and suitable linings (type of the big nests). Internal rings of the bearing напрессованы on a nave; if they remained on a nave after removal of last from a rotary fist, the suitable stripper of bearings is required.

CHECK

1. To check up the bearing of a forward wheel on deterioration, measure lateral люфт naves. Establish a micrometer so that its probe rested against an outer side of a flange of a nave. Люфт should not exceed 0.05 mm. If it not so, bearings are worn out excessively and it is necessary to replace them.

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove assemblage of a rotary fist as Removal and installation of assemblage of a forward rotary fist is described in Section, then turn away screws of fastening of a protective casing of a brake disk and remove a casing from a nave. 2. Tighten a rotary fist reliably in a vice. Using approaching распорную the plug, supersede a nave from the bearing. If the internal ring of the bearing remains on a nave, remove it by means of a suitable stripper for bearings. 3. Take a lock ring of the bearing from the interior of assemblage of a rotary fist. 4. Where it is necessary, establish an internal ring into position and prop up an internal surface of a rotary fist. Using approaching распорную the plug (she should lean only against an internal ring of the bearing), supersede assemblage of the bearing from a rotary fist. 5. Carefully clear a nave and a rotary fist, removing all traces of a dirt and greasing. Grind off any teases and roughnesses who could interfere with assemblage. Check up components on presence of cracks and other damages, and also deterioration signs, and replace them if it is necessary. As it is noted above, the bearing and a lock ring should be replaced after their each removal. Get the repair complete set for replacement of the bearing which consists of the bearing, a lock ring, and also a nut and a power shaft washer. 6. At assemblage, be convinced (if probably) that the new bearing is filled by greasing. Put on an external ring of the bearing and a contact surface of a nave a thin butter layer. 7. Before installation of the new bearing remove the plastic covers protecting consolidations, but leave the internal plastic plug in working position to keep internal rings together. 8. Reliably prop up a rotary fist and place on it the bearing. Displace the bearing into position, watching that it has not been warped. Use approaching распорную the plug which leans only against an external ring. 9. As soon as the bearing will be established, fix its new lock ring and remove the plastic plug. Put on sealing edges of an epiploon a greasing small amount. 10. Turn a nave an outer side downwards and reliably establish it on props. Place a rotary fist on a nave and displace it into position, using распорную the plug which leans against an internal ring of the bearing (address to an accompanying illustration). Be convinced that the nave rotates freely, and erase surplus of oil. 11. Establish on a rotary fist a protective casing of a brake disk and tighten fastening screws. 12. Establish assemblage of a rotary fist (Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of a forward rotary fist).
