Removal and installation of a tip of steering draught

REMOVAL

1. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car and establish it on axial props. Remove a forward wheel. 2. If the hinge is not subject to replacement, protect the cut end of its core, again having screwed on it a nut before to use a stripper. 5. Counting up number of turns, turn on шаровый the hinge from steering draught. 6. Accurately clear шаровый the hinge and its carving. Replace a tip of steering draught if the hinge moves in it too freely or hardly if it is worn excessively out or damaged. Attentively examine a cone and a core carving. If the protective cover is damaged, replace a tip of steering draught since to replace a protective cover it is separately impossible.

INSTALLATION

1. Screw a tip in steering draught on the counted number of turns. The labels made before removal thus should be combined. 2. Establish a core of the spherical hinge and a rotary fist and tighten a fixing nut the effort resulted in Specifications. If to make it it is not possible because of core rotation, block it, having propped up the hinge a jack. 3. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts the effort resulted in Specifications. 4. Check up a convergence of forward wheels as it is described in Section Corners of installation of wheels, then tighten a coupling bolt of the spherical hinge the effort resulted in Specifications.
