Removal and installation of the pump of the steering hydraulic booster

REMOVAL

1. Operating according to the description in the Head Maintenance service, ослабьте a tension auxiliary drive a belt also remove a belt from a pump pulley. Pay attention that before to remove a belt, it is necessary to weaken bolts of fastening of a pulley of the pump. 2. Using special clips, press submitting hose of the pump. It will reduce liquid loss at performance of the subsequent actions.

ENGINES E7J AND К7М WITH AIR CONDITIONER

REMOVAL

1. Turn away three bolts of fastening and remove a pulley from the pump, having remembered its orientation. 2. Disconnect from the pump submitting hose, then ослабьте a connecting nut and separate submitting tube. Be ready to a liquid exit at tube and hose separation and закупорьте their ends and connecting муфты the pump to minimise loss of a liquid and to prevent penetration into the dirt block. Will throw out a sealing ring of a connecting nut of a submitting tube - it is subject to replacement. 3. Loosen the bolts, fastening the amplifier pump to an arm, also remove the pump from the engine.

ENGINES E7J AND К7М WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER

REMOVAL

1. Operate as it is described above in paragraphs 1 and 2 Removals of ENGINE E7J And К7М With AIR CONDITIONER. 2. Turn away two top and forward bolts of fastening and remove the pump (address to an accompanying illustration).

ALL OTHER ENGINES

REMOVAL

1. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a pulley from the pump. 2. On engines F3R and F8Q remove a bolt of a fixing clip of a plait of wires and submitting tube. 3. On engines F7R with air conditioner remove the generator (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment) and the mechanism of a tension auxiliary drive a belt. 4. Disconnect from the pump submitting hose, then ослабьте a connecting nut and separate submitting tube. Be ready to a liquid exit at tube and hose separation and закупорьте their ends and connecting муфты the pump to minimise loss of a liquid and to prevent penetration into the dirt block. Will throw out a sealing ring of a connecting nut of a submitting tube - it is subject to replacement. 5a. On engines F3R and F8Q ослабьте three bolts, fastening the hydraulic booster pump to an arm. 5b. Cнимите the pump from the engine (address to illustrations). 6a. On engines f7R ослабьте the left bolt, крепящий the pump to an arm. 6b. Oслабьте the right bolts of its fastening (address to illustrations). Take the pump.

ALL OTHER ENGINES

INSTALLATION

1. Establish pump assemblage into position and reliably tighten fixing bolts. 2. Establish on connecting муфту a submitting tube a new sealing ring, insert a tube into the pump and tighten a connecting nut the effort resulted in Specifications. Connect bringing tube and reliably tighten fixing скобу. Where it is necessary, establish a bolt of a fixing clip of a submitting tube and a plait of wires and tighten it. 3. Establish a pulley and insert fastening bolts, but yet do not clamp them. 4. On engines F7R with air conditioner establish the generator (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment) and the mechanism of a tension of a belt. 5. Establish приводной a belt and pull it as Maintenance service is described in the Head. Block a pump pulley the suitable tool and tighten its bolts. 6. Remove clips from a submitting hose and pump over hydrosystem as it is described in Section Prorolling of hydrosystem of the steering hydraulic booster.
