Removal and installation турбокомпрессора

At installation use new nuts of fastening турбокомпрессора to a final collector. If it will be established new турбокомпрессор, new nuts of fastening of a final collector to турбокомпрессору and new уплотнители the cooling pipeline be required.

 REMOVAL

1. While the engine has not cooled down, process fixing bolts турбокомпрессора special oil - to facilitate their removal.
2. Cock a manual brake, then поддомкратьте a forward part of the car, and establish on axial props.
3. Be convinced that the engine has cooled down enough, then, on engines F8Q, merge a liquid from cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head.
4. Where it is applied, remove the top protective plate of the engine.
5. Remove a forward part of final system and a reception pipe of the muffler/converter, address to Section the General description and replacement of components of final system.

6. Working under the car, turn away the top fixing nut and a bolt, and the bottom bolt, and remove the bottom arm турбокомпрессора (address to illustrations).

7. Turn on connecting муфту маслоотводящей tubes from an underside турбокомпрессора (address to an accompanying illustration). Be ready to an oil exit.

8. On models with engine F8Q, cut a collar and disconnect the bottom hose of cooling from a pipe турбокомпрессора (address to an accompanying illustration). Be ready to an exit of a cooling liquid.

9. Working in an impellent compartment, turn away strengthening core between domes of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
10. Remove assemblage of the air filter as Removal and installation of a casing of the air filter is described in Section.
11. Loosen the clips also remove an air line connecting the inlet pipeline with интеркулером.
12. Loosen the clips also remove an air line connecting the air filter with turbocharger. Also disconnect a hose сапуна, a connecting air line with the inlet pipeline. Notice an arrangement скоб on an air line.
13. Loosen the a clip also disconnect a target air line (going to интеркулеру) from турбокомпрессора.
14. Remove a nut, крепящую the block of management of preheat system to a partition, and move the block aside, without disconnecting electroconducting.

15. Turn away a nut and disconnect a vacuum tube from the vacuum pump (address to an accompanying illustration).

16. On models with engine F8Q, disconnect a hose of system of cooling from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and move a hose aside (address to an accompanying illustration).

17. In the same way disconnect the top hose of system of cooling турбокомпрессора (address to an accompanying illustration).

18. Turn away a nut and disconnect маслоподающую a tube from the top part турбокомпрессора (address to an accompanying illustration). Probably it is necessary to remove an arm перепускной systems to get access to a connecting nut.

19. Remove a bolt and a nut of an arm of fastening of a cranked air line to турбокомпрессору and get an arm (address to an accompanying illustration).

20. Disconnect a pipe of pressure of pressurisation from the inlet pipeline (address to an accompanying illustration).

21. Turn away four nuts of fastening турбокомпрессора to a collector, and remove турбокомпрессор from hairpins on a collector (address to an accompanying illustration). For access improvement to nuts, turn away a final collector from турбокомпрессора.

22. Get турбокомпрессор upwards, passing it under the vacuum pump, and then deducing between the vacuum pump and a broad tank (address to an accompanying illustration).

23. If it will be established new турбокомпрессор, remove pipes of a cooling liquid and a final collector from the old block and rearrange them on the new. Use new nuts at installation of a final collector, and new epiploons at installation of a pipe of a cooling liquid.


 INSTALLATION

1. Make installation in return sequence, but replace all damaged collars, and use new nuts of fastening турбокомпрессора to a final collector which should be clamped the effort resulted in Specifications. Tighten connecting nuts of tubes of giving and oil return to турбокомпрессору the effort resulted in Specifications. Where it is applied, the final collector is necessary for establishing on турбокомпрессор, using new nuts. Fill cooling system as Maintenance service is described in the Head.
2. In summary, before to start the engine, it is necessary to execute following actions.
a) Disconnect conducting from the valve отсечки fuel on the fuel pump and isolate a socket.
b) Turn the engine a starter, the control lamp of pressure on the instrument panel (some seconds for this purpose can be demanded) will not go out yet.
Connect electroconducting to the valve отсечки fuel, then start the engine.
d) Allow the engine to idle and check up турбокомпрессор about leaks of oil and a cooling liquid. Eliminate all problems.

3. After engine start, check up level of impellent oil and add, if it is necessary.
