Removal and installation of components of a heater (all models except Scenic)
MODELS WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER
The control panel a heater/ventilation
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery.
2. Remove lighter as the Onboard electric equipment is described in the Head.
|
|
3. Disconnect the block of management and take it from the panel (address to an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
4a. Disconnect electroconducting sockets. |
|
|
4b. Then disconnect скобы casings of ropes from the block. |
|
|
4c. Separate ropes from their levers. Pay attention that management ropes have colour labels that allows not to mix them at installation (address to illustrations). If it is necessary, disconnect the block of management from the instrument panel. |
5. Make installation in return sequence. Be convinced that management ropes are reliably attached everyone to corresponding lever (the rope of adjustment of temperature of air is marked by red colour, and a rope воздухораспределителя - blue). Check up action of handles of management before installation прикуривателя. |

Ropes of management of a heater
|
|
|
1. Remove the management block as it is described in paragraphs above. Access to fixing details of a rope on the right party of a casing воздухораспределителя can be received and from under the instrument panel, and through an aperture of the block of management.
2. Mark ropes of management and their fixing скобы on a casing воздухораспределителя not to mix ropes at installation.
3. Unhook скобы, then separate ropes from a casing and levers and take them from the panel. Pay attention that ropes have colour labels that they could not be mixed at installation.
4. At installation deduce a rope into position, being guided on colour labels. The rope of adjustment of temperature of air has a red label, a rope of the distributor of air - blue.
5. Attach ropes to levers and attach their casings to a block casing воздухораспределителя. Using the labels made before removal, attach both ropes скобами. Establish the block of management and check up its work. |

THE MOTOR OF THE SUPERCHARGER OF THE HEATER - MODELS WITHOUT THE CONDITIONER
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery. Operating according to the description in the Head the Onboard electric equipment, remove both levers of a screen wiper.
2. Remove consolidation from an upper edge of a partition of an impellent compartment.
3. Turn away screws of fastening and remove the panel of a ventilating aperture at the left part of a windscreen.
4. Turn away two screws of fastening and remove a plastic cover on the left side of the motor of a supercharger.
5. Disconnect electroconducting sockets on the right party of assemblage of the motor of a supercharger and remove the right bolt of fastening located under sockets.
6. Disconnect and remove a water reflector, then turn away the left fixing bolt of assemblage of the motor of a supercharger and deduce the motor on the left side.
7. Make installation upside-down, preliminary having checked up a condition of consolidation of the motor of a supercharger.
The motor of a supercharger of a heater - models without air conditioner, having a mode recycling air
8. Execute the actions described in paragraphs above.
9. Disconnect sockets of electroconducting from the right end of a casing of the motor of a supercharger, then turn away a fixing bolt.
10. Turn away fixing bolts and remove the strengthening bar established between turrets of racks of a forward suspension bracket.

11. On petrol models, execute following actions to be prepared for removal of the left part of a partition of an impellent compartment:
a) On l models 1.4 remove a casing of the air filter and disconnect from a partition the gauge of absolute pressure of entering air and the block of management of ignition.
b) On l models 1.6 remove the inlet channel and separate from a partition the gauge of absolute pressure of entering air (address to the Head of the Power supply system and release) (address to an accompanying illustration).
On l models 2.0 remove fastening of a rope of a pedal of gas and adjacent switches.
22 On diesel models with the same purpose execute following actions:
a) Liberate the block of heating from a partition (address to the Head an engine Electric equipment).
b) Separate from a partition electromagnetic valves (where are available)
Let out from a partition all tubes/hoses and their fixing arms. |

12. On models, онащенных separately established tank of brake hydrosystem, ослабьте fixing nuts also remove from a partition an arm of the tank of the main brake cylinder (address to an accompanying illustration). Displace the tank aside, keeping it in vertical position not to pour a liquid. |

13. On all models turn away bolts of fastening and remove thermoisolation (where is available). Loosen the also remove five bolts of fastening and remove thermoisolation (where is available). 14. On models with a two-section casing of the motor of a supercharger turn away screws of fastening and remove the top cover. Turn away the bolts fastening two half of a casing, then separate half and remove the right part of a casing. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the motor of a supercharger, then turn away two fixing bolts and remove the left half of casing of a supercharger. Turn away screws of fastening and remove motor assemblage.

15a. On models with an integral casing of the motor of a supercharger, turn away fastening screws. |

15b. Remove from a casing the top cover. |
|
|
15c. Loosen the also remove bolts of fastening and deduce assemblage from working position (address to illustrations). |
16. Make installation upside-down, preliminary having checked up a condition of all consolidations of a casing. Check up work of the motor of a supercharger before to establish a partition. |

The block of management of work of the motor of a supercharger
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a cable of weight from the battery.

6. On models without a mode recycling the management block is established on the right party of the motor of a supercharger. 7. Make installation upside-down. |

2. Remove assemblage of the instrument panel as it is described in the Head the Body.

3. Loosen the collars also remove hoses of system of cooling from branch pipes of the heat exchanger of a heater (address to an accompanying illustration). |
4. Remove the motor/casing of a supercharger as it is described above in this Section to get access to a bolt of fastening of a casing воздухораспределителя.

On models with a two-section casing it is enough to remove only the right half of casing. |
|
|
5. Loosen the also remove a casing bolt воздухораспределителя (address to an accompanying illustration). |
