Removal and installation of components of pillows of safety

The preventions resulted in Section System of pillows of safety - the general information and safety measures see.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery, then take a safety lock натяжителей belts and safety pillows (safety lock SRS) from the nest in the assembly block and wait not less than five minutes during which there should be a definitive discharge of reserve capacities of the control block (see Section System of pillows of safety - the general information and safety measures).

Driver's pillow of safety

REMOVAL

1. From the back party of a steering wheel turn out two screws of fastening of the module of a pillow of safety (turn a wheel for the purpose of providing of access to screws).

2. Return a steering wheel in rectilinear position, then cautiously remove assemblage of the module of a pillow of safety from it ступичной parts. Disunite an electric socket on the back party of the module (address to an accompanying illustration). Pay attention that the module should not be exposed to stirring and shock loadings. Put the module on a workbench only an overlay upwards.

INSTALLATION

1. Make sure of reliability of fixing of a socket of electroconducting of the module, then plant assemblage on the regular place on the centre ступичной steering wheel parts. Track, that electroconducting has not appeared clamped. Screw fixing screws and tighten them with demanded effort (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Establish into place safety lock SRS, make sure that nobody is in salon, then through an open driver's door include ignitions, without coming into car salon. Make sure of serviceability of operation of control lamp SRS.

Passenger pillow of safety

REMOVAL

1. Remove the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
2. Disunite electric sockets, then give fixing nuts/bolts. Remove the module of a pillow of safety from the support and take it from the panel of devices.

INSTALLATION

1. Get the module of a pillow of safety on the regular place in the panel of devices. Track correctness защелкивания lock uvulas of clamps. Restore initial connection of electroconducting, having tracked correctness of a lining of plaits and reliability of fixing of contact sockets. Fix plaits in all provided intermediate clamps and обвязках.
2. Establish into place the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
3. Establish into place safety lock SRS, make sure that nobody is in salon, then through an open driver's door include ignitions, without coming into car salon. Make sure of serviceability of operation of control lamp SRS.

The block of management SRS

REMOVAL

1. Remove the central console (the Body see the Head) for the purpose of providing of access to the block of management SRS fixed вереди of the lever of the selector/gear change.

2. Release a clamp and disunite an electroconducting socket, then give fixing nuts and remove the block of management from the car (address to an accompanying illustration).

INSTALLATION

1. Establish the management block on the regular place. Track, that the arrow put on a label of the block specified forward on the engine (address to an accompanying illustration). Screw fixing nuts and strongly them tighten.

2. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and establish into place the central console (the Body see the Head).
3. Establish on a place safety lock SRS, make sure that nobody is in salon, then through an open driver's door include ignitions, without coming into car salon. Make sure of serviceability срабатывани

The contact block of a driver's pillow of safety

REMOVAL

1. Remove the module of a driver's pillow of safety, then remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head). Track, that operated wheels of the car have been developed in rectilinear position.

2. Uncover the internal end of assemblage of the switch of management of a radio receiver, then ослабьте on some turns the fixing screw (address to an accompanying illustration).

3a. Turn out fixing screws and remove the bottom half of casing of a steering column.

3b. Oтдайте two screws of fastening of the top half of casing and also remove last (address to illustrations).

4a. Disunite an electric socket.

4b. Turn out fixing screws and remove the contact block from the top end face of a steering column (address to illustrations).

INSTALLATION

1. Before installation it is necessary to make sure of correctness of centering of the contact block. At the forward wheels of the car established in rectilinear position the block should settle down on a steering column a socket upwards. In the presence of doubts start to rotate the contact block clockwise until there will be a sensation of resistance. From this point turn the block in the opposite direction so that the socket has appeared from above, then turn on two complete revolutions counter-clockwise (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Plant the contact block on the regular place and enter it into gearing with a switch casing. Make sure of reliability of landing of a contact ring and strongly tighten fixing screws.
3. Connect electroconducting and establish into place the top casing of a steering column, strongly having fixed its screws. Establish the bottom casing of a column, tighten fixing screws, then tighten the screw of the stem switch of management of radio.
4. Establish into place a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head), then establish the module of a pillow of safety.
