Removal and installation of the motor of a screen wiper and draught

The screen wiper motor

ALL MODELS EXCEPT SCENIC

REMOVAL

1. Remove the accumulator. 2. Working through an accumulator aperture, disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the screen wiper motor. 3. Note positions of a shaft of the motor and a crank, then turn away a fixing nut and a washer. Disconnect draught of a screen wiper from a motor shaft. Turn away bolts of fastening of the motor and remove it from the car (address to an accompanying illustration).

MODELS SCENIC

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the accumulator. 2. Remove a sealing strip on the top part of a partition of impellent branch. 3. Turn away screws of fastening and remove two ventilating panels. 4. Turn away bolts of fastening and lift a removed part of the panel of the partition, being in front of the screen wiper mechanism. 5. Disconnect a socket of electroconducting from the screen wiper motor. 6. Note positions of a shaft of the motor and a crank, then turn away a fixing nut and a washer. Disconnect draught of a screen wiper from a motor shaft. Turn away bolts of fastening of the motor and remove it from the car.

INSTALLATION

1a. Establish the motor into place. 1b. Reliably tighten fixing bolts. 2. Combine a crank with shaft of the motor and reliably tighten an axis nut. 3a. Connect a socket of electroconducting of the motor. 3b. Establish and connect the accumulator. 3с. On models Scenic, establish the box panel воздухопритока and components of the ventilating panel.
